Some people are claiming that Brad and Angie’s twins were photoshopped in People Magazine b/c babies are not suppose to smile until they are 2 to 4 months according to Parenting Magazine. So can babies smile before then?

Too me it doesn’t look like the baby is smiling. Just looks like his mouth is open.
Yes, babies can smile before then. Typically it’s around 2 months.
