what’s the weirdest thing that’s happened to you?

i went there once on a trip, we got to go to oxford street and me and my mate callum went into h&m, we got what we wanted and headed for the till to find a black woman in front of us, she had loads of baby clothes and the person behind the till started taking off the hangers “i want a hanger!” the black woman exclaimed (in a funny accent) “i’m afraid there are too many hangers to take.” the woman replied. ” i want a hanger! i’m gonna get the manager about this!” the black woman shouted back.
me and callum left the shop (after putting back our things) to find everyone in our group running, when we asked why they exclaimed they were being chased by a polish druggie!
so, what’s the weirdest thing that’s happened to you in london?
The weirdest thing that happened to me in London was that a cop (bobby, whatever you call them today) was chatting with me while I was sitting on bench next to a creek and there were ducklings swimming around. He pointed them out and I said they were adorable. Due to the dialect difference (I’m American) he thought I said they were horrible and started yelling at me. Took a few minutes to calm him down and explain the misunderstanding. My friend thought it was hysterical and would only have been better had I been hit with his stick or arrested. Ha-ha-ha-not.
