New moms old moms grand moms lol…what do you call the blanket that looks like a sleeping bag for a baby?

I have to buy some baby items and one I have no clue what he is asking for..and my son cant explain to me what it is. he says it looks like a sleeping bag….with a zipper and a slit to put the car seat hook through ….it would be for an newborn up to 4 months pre crawling thanks for any help!

I am not sure what you mean – there are sleep sacks – we use the Halo brand. They are to use in the place of blankets when you put your little one to bed. Then there are these things called “Bundle Me” that covers the infant car carrier to keep your little one warm when they are in the car seat. You don’t want to use heavy snowsuits or coats when you strap your little one into the car seat because the extra padding could hurt your little one if you are in an accident. You want the car seat straps tight against the little one – this is the reason for the car seat bundle things.
