How do I remove the wire harness and tray (blue portion) of a 12 volt Peg Perego rechargable battery?

I’d like to replace my 12 volt Peg Perego battery with a generic battery. To do that I’d like to remove the blue harness and tray from my battery to put it on the new battery. Can anyone tell me how to take it off without breaking it?

You have to just pull on the 2 side tabs until one comes off. Be careful not to break it, and use some sort of lever by the handle if needed. Eventually, it will come off.
